Last updated: 26/07/2026
BrowserMaster minimizes exposure by keeping sensitive data on your device. Our backend does not store credentials, keys, code, commands, responses, or browsing information.

1. Controller and scope

This policy explains how CHC Ideas handles information related to BrowserMaster, its Android app, future desktop versions, and associated services.

Privacy questions: chcideas.support@gmail.com.

2. Information we may process

Account data such as name, email, session identifiers, and authentication mechanisms.

Plan, subscription, purchased product, and identifiers required to validate purchases through Google Play.

Names or aliases, preferences, counters, limits, and other non-sensitive metadata required by app features.

Technical information you voluntarily send to support, including app version, device, operating system, steps, and error messages.

Data specific to BrowserMaster

URLs, history, cookies, cache, LocalStorage, SessionStorage, web permissions, and page content remain on your device.

DOM, console messages, requests, headers, and responses are processed locally for the requested inspection and are not stored in our backend.

Our backend may retain profile names or aliases, preferences, limits, and non-sensitive metadata. Visited websites are independent services with their own policies.

4. Purposes

Create and protect your account, maintain sessions, apply plan limits, verify purchases, provide requested features, answer support requests, and fix issues.

We do not use technical content processed by the app to build advertising profiles.

5. Providers and transfers

We may use hosting, email, infrastructure, and Google Play Billing providers when required to operate the service.

We share only the information necessary for that purpose or when required by a valid legal obligation.

6. Security and local storage

We apply reasonable safeguards to account data and communications with our services.

A significant part of the information remains on your device. We recommend encryption, screen lock, biometrics, and suitable backups.

No system is completely infallible; avoid compromised devices and untrusted networks.

7. Retention

We retain account data while needed to provide the service or meet legal, security, fraud-prevention, and purchase-audit obligations.

Local data remains until you remove it in the app, clear app data, or uninstall it, depending on the operating system.

8. Your rights and deletion

You may request access, correction, or deletion by writing from the email associated with your account.

The account deletion page explains the procedure, covered data, and steps to remove local data.

9. Children and changes

BrowserMaster is intended for technical users and is not specifically designed for children. If we identify a child's data processed without authorization, we may delete it.

We may update this policy after legal, technical, or functional changes. The current version will be published on this page.
